Most travellers to Kenya now require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before arrival. It applies to tourism, business, medical travel, and transit. Applicants must hold a valid passport, photo, travel details, and accommodation proof; a yellow fever certificate may also be required. The application is completed online by selecting the travel purpose and paying the fee. Processing usually takes 2â5 working days. Travellers should carry a digital or printed ETA on arrival.
