Key Points to Note

  • Fees are non-refundable. Once submitted, the eTA fee is not returned - even if your application is not approved.
  • No cash payments. The Kenya eTA fee cannot be paid in person or by cash under any circumstances.
  • Bank charges may apply. Your card provider or bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are separate from your eTA fee.
  • Accuracy matters. Incomplete or incorrect details can delay your application. Review all entries before submitting.
  • Additional documents may be requested. In some cases, the processing authority may ask for supporting materials during review.
  • Respect your permitted stay. Overstaying your allowed duration in Kenya may result in fines or legal consequences.
