Who Qualifies for a Kenya Tourist eTA?
You may apply for a Kenya Tourist eTA if you meet all of the following conditions:
- Your passport is from a country eligible for the Kenya eTA.
- You are travelling for tourism, such as sightseeing or wildlife safaris.
- You will not engage in employment, business activities, or any form of paid work during your stay.
- You will depart Kenya before your authorised stay period ends.

Kenya Tourist eTA Requirements
Requirements can change from time to time, but the standard documents for a Kenya Tourist eTA application include:
- Passport Bio Page Scan: A clear and coloured copy of the passport bio page. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months and have at least one blank page.
- Applicant Photograph: A clear, recent passport-size photograph with the applicant’s face fully visible.
- Round-Trip Travel Ticket: Proof of travel booking confirmation, showing arrival in and departure from Kenya. This may be a confirmed flight, cruise, or a valid land travel booking.
- Accommodation Proof: Provide a confirmed hotel or guest house booking showing where the traveller will stay during their visit in Kenya.
