Kenya eTA Online Application Process
Fill out the Kenya eTA application form with accurate information. Incomplete or incorrect entries may delay processing.

Step 1: Register
Enlist on the Kenya eTA application portal. Provide the following details:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of arrival
- Date of departure
- Nationality details as per your passport
Enter the CAPTCHA correctly and submit your registration.
Step 2: Fill in the eTA Application Form
- Select the Kenya eTA type available for your nationality - single-entry or multiple-entry - based on your travel requirements.
- Enter your passport details exactly as they appear in your passport:
- Passport Number
- Passport expiry date
- Select your reason for travel:
- Tourism
- Friends / Family
- Business
- Work
- Conference / Meetings / Seminars / Training
- Crew (planes or ships)
- Crew (Positioning)
- Medical Care
- Religious Visit
- Study / Education
- Seaman (Fishing Vessel)
- Transit
- Provide the following additional details:
- Port of arrival (airport or land)
- Marital status
- Occupation details
- Current address
- Date of departure
Answer all questions accurately and truthfully. False or incorrect information may delay processing or result in rejection of your eTA.
Step 3: Add Multiple Applicants
You can include up to 10 applicants in a single application. Provide accurate details for each traveller. All approved eTAs will be sent to the primary applicant's email address.
Step 4: Select a Processing Option
Choose your processing option: Normal, Rush, or Super-Rush.
Step 5: Review the Form
Review all details carefully. Correct any errors before proceeding.
Step 6: Upload Documents
Upload clear scans of your required documents. Requirements vary by travel purpose. Review the Kenya eTA Required Documents list before applying.
Step 7: Pay the Fee and Submit
Pay the Kenya eTA processing fee by credit/debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. Once payment is confirmed, you receive a receipt and your application begins processing.
Step 8: Receive Your eTA
Your approved Kenya eTA arrives by email. Download it, print a copy, and carry it when you travel.

Important Points for Applicants
- Entry is subject to verification by immigration authorities at the port of arrival.
- The eTA is linked to the passport used during application. Carry that same passport when you travel.
- Each traveller requires a separate approved eTA, even when applying as a group.
- Entry duration and conditions are determined by immigration authorities on arrival.
