Kenya Conference eTA Validity & Length of Stay
As per the current Kenya eTA Policy, USA passport holders can only apply for a single-entry eTA:

Kenya Conference eTA Application Steps
The applicant receives regular status updates once the application is submitted.
Step 1: Completed the Application Form: Provide passport, travel and other general details to start the application. Select the ‘conference eTA’ from the eTA type drop-down menu.
Step 2: Upload Documents: Submit all the required documents. If the requirement changes, the applicant will be contacted by the eTA support.
Step 3: Pay the eTA Fee : The fee can be paid by credit or debit card or by bank transfer, if requested by the applicant.
Step 4: Receive Approved eTA: Once approved, the Kenya Conference eTA will be sent to your email. Print a copy and carry it while travelling.
Kenya Conference eTA Processing Options and Fees
The Kenya Conference eTA offers different processing speeds depending on how urgently the traveller requires approval.
- Normal Processing: 3-5 Days. Best for early applicants.
- Rush Processing: 2 - 3 Days. For moderate-urgency travel.
- Super Rush Processing: 1 - 2 Days. For urgent or last-minute travel.
The total fee charged for the Kenya eTA for the conference varies by selected processing option.
Is the Kenya Conference eTA Extendable?
Extensions may be possible in certain cases with immigration approval. Travellers should apply through the Directorate of Immigration Services in Nairobi before their authorised stay expires.
