5-Step Application Process
- Begin Registration: Register on the Kenya eTA portal using your name, contact information and travel details.
- Complete Main Application: Fill out the form with accurate details and select “Family Visit eTA” as your eTA type.
- Attach Documents: Ensure all the mandatory documents are uploaded accurately to prevent delays.
- Proceed to Pay: Pay the eTA fee using a valid payment method and receive instant payment confirmation.
- Receive your eTA: Get your approved eTA via email. Keep a digital and printed copy for travel.
Kenya eTA Processing Timeline and Fee
The Kenya Family Visit eTA is processed under 3 timeframes as listed below:
- Standard Processing: 3-5 Days
- Rush Processing: 2 - 3 Days
- Super Rush Processing: 1 - 2 Days
Who should choose what?
Applicants with immediate travel plans or tight deadlines should choose the expedited options, Rush and Super Rush, during the application process. Those with a flexible schedule should select Standard Processing.
Do I need to pay extra for expedited processing?
Yes, an additional fee is added to your Kenya eTA cost if you choose a faster processing option, while standard processing incurs no extra charge.
